She sings her father’s work with full gleaming tone and great technical assurance. As with the other singers heard here, the vocal style is pure grand opera, but it never overpowers the symphonically concieved piano accompaniments, which are played either by the composer or his grandson, Nikolaj Koppel.Condisering the age of the recordings, the sound quality is remarkable good..."
