"...Charleston plays on harpsichord, clavichord, and organ of St Botolph’s Aldgate in London... The quality of the music is high. The syncopations in Ciaccona in C are quirky and brilliant. I was charmed by the elegant French Chaconnes. ’The Hunting Lesson’ in G is short only of a pack of beagles. Charleston’s performace is imaginative and intelligent. His program notes and Dr Leech’s are superb."
