Exceptional work par excellence, the Miserere of Allegri has long been the exclusive property of the Papacy in the service of the Sistine Chapel. We have chosen to present in this album two times the interpretation of Miserere: - Miserere as we had to sing in the late 18th century (and as we know by the disc) - Miserere such that we had to sing in the middle of the 17th century. This version features baroque ornamentation that give an idea of ??those singers of the Sistine knew improvise the Allegri time. This disc also includes other unpublished works Allegri, who can rediscover new facets of the art of this great master.
