  Trio Leandro Ensemble

The Trio Leandro plays in the legendary Debussy Sonata formation of flute, harp and viola. This brilliant ensemble of young musicians have quickly developed its own musical beauty through their extreme precision in their interpetation of the works but alsoand elegant virtuosity in their playing.

These young artists met at the School of Music and Acting in Hamburg and formed the trio in the spring of 2003. By tge autumn of 2033 ther had been contracted to the ’Yehudi Menuhuin Live Now ’ production and gave their celebrated debut in the mirror room at Schloss Rheinberg. In February 2004 the cultural channel at RBB (Radio Berlin - Brandenburg) dedicated an evening to the ensemble in their series "talents and careers." The trio where awarded the Köster Classic Prize 2004 for excellent chamber music performances as well as being contracted to the cultural youth concerts of the club and the West Bank.

Their first album production unites works from Claude Debussy, Gian Paolo Chiti, Harald Genzmar Marc Lavry and a direct successor to Debussy, André Jolivet and eloquently shows how diverse the compositions for a Debussy trio formation can be.
