Amore e Morte: Arias by Verdi, Bellini, Donizetti, and Rossini – Ekaterina Siurina (soprano); Iain Burnside (piano).

Ekaterina Siurina celebrates the song writing talents of four great composers better known for their operas in a recital of flirtatious, passionate, and grief-stricken lovers plighting their troths in Naples, Florence, Venice, and elsewhere.

Presenting the major singers of today and the stars of tomorrow, the Rosenblatt Recitals are London’s only world-class season of opera recitals. This new partnership with Opus Arte will see five to six releases per year, based predominantly on studio recordings, with occasional bonus live tracks.

" …a lovely Russian coloratura soprano ..."

The New York Times

"…outstanding singing, with pristine tone and every note in place"

The Guardian
