Each of the three works on this album Introduced can be assigned to one of the three periods in the life and oeuvre of this composer.

"...I am astonished that none of these works have been recorded previously. I am thankful that Albrecht and his colleagues have presented them so ably. These are gorgeous performances of important music. Has the time come for a Braunfels renaissance?"

Raymond Tuttle - Fanfare - May/June 2013

"... Performances sound good... Albrecht, both as conductor and soloist in the Toccata, seems on top of his job."
