The music is superb and the buying process generally clear and trouble free. However, it does seem a bit odd that when I order 24-bit quality, the default setting for the download process is for MP3 files. These are unlikely to be of interest to someone purchasing high-rez music and my failure to spot the default wasted a couple of hours of my download time. A great deal more time (about 5 hours to be exact) was wasted when the downloads of track 1, which is also the longest, on this disk failed to complete until my fourth attempt. Each time more than 75% downloaded before the error: hence the large time wastage. You seriously need to implement or recommend a download manager which can resume downloads after an interruption.
